Bishop David Oyedepo, founder of Covenant University and the Living Faith Church Worldwide, drew inspiration from nine top foreign universities to establish Covenant University. These universities included Harvard, Princeton, Yale, Columbia, Caltech, MIT, Stanford, Duke, and Dartmouth ¹. By studying these institutions, Oyedepo crafted Covenant University’s core values, resulting in unique graduates who are making a mark in Nigeria and West Africa.
Covenant University has achieved impressive milestones, ranking as Nigeria’s best and sixth in West Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa in the 2025 Times Higher Education World Universities Ranking ¹.
