Sean “Diddy” Combs

Music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing new federal civil complaints alleging sexual assault, including one involving a minor. The lawsuits, filed anonymously in Manhattan, accuse Combs of abuse spanning from 1995 to 2021.

The allegations and lawsuits include:

  • Six lawsuits filed by two women and four men
  • Allegations include molestation, assault, and coercion
  • One accuser claims Combs fondled him at a party in the Hamptons in 1998 when he was 16 years old

Combs was already facing multiple civil suits before his arrest on federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges. Singer Cassie accused Combs of over a decade of coercion, physical force, and drugs, including a 2018 rape.

Combs’ criminal trial is set to begin on May 5, 2025. Prosecutors have expressed concerns about witness tampering and indicated that more charges may be added to the indictment. Combs has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
