Pastor Lazarus Muoka, General Overseer of Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Movement, has proclaimed 2025 as a year of divine turnaround for Nigeria. Speaking at the opening of the church’s annual international revival in Mgbidi, Imo State, Muoka urged citizens to remain hopeful, assuring them that the year would bring restoration and freedom from economic challenges.
The four-day revival, tagged “Mgbidi 2025” with the theme “What God Has Determined Shall Be Done,” aims to mark the beginning of Nigeria’s restoration from adversity and other challenges. The event has attracted members and non-members of the church from within and outside Nigeria.
Muoka prayed for Nigeria’s prosperity, asking that the country be fruitful and free from economic problems. He declared, “This year is a year of jubilee, it is a year that this land will not know any setback. This revival is to position the land and the people for greatness, restoration, and dominion.”
