Fuji music legend Saheed Osupa has withdrawn his legal action against Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable. The withdrawal follows public appeals and is on compassionate grounds, particularly after Portable’s recent arrest and detention by the Kwara State Police Command.

As part of the agreement, Portable is required to retract certain defamatory statements he made against Osupa. He must also publicly admit that his lawyer’s claims about Osupa begging for forgiveness were false. Furthermore, Portable is expected to sign an undertaking promising to refrain from cyberbullying, defamation, and character assassination in the future.

If Portable fails to meet these conditions, Osupa’s management has warned that the case may be reinstated. The decision to withdraw the case reflects Osupa’s willingness to show mercy while also emphasizing the importance of accountability and responsible behavior, especially among artists in the entertainment industry.
