The United Arab Emirates has deported 400 Nigerians, comprising 90 females and 310 males, who arrived at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja ¹. They were received by officials from the Office of the National Security Adviser, alongside the National Commission for Refugees, Migrants, and Internally Displaced Persons, the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons, the National Emergency Management Agency, and other stakeholders ². This deportation occurs amid ongoing diplomatic tensions between Nigeria and the UAE, which may be rooted in various undisclosed issues ².
