Tragedy struck in Ibadan on Tuesday as a fire outbreak at the Orita Challenge outlet of GABSTAB Petrol Station claimed the lives of two people.
According to a statement by the General Manager, Oyo State Fire Services Agency, Mr. Yemi Akinyinka, the victims were a petrol tanker driver and his motor boy.
Firefighters responded promptly to the incident, which was reported at 5:15 a.m. Although the fire has been brought under control, investigations are ongoing to determine the cause of the blaze.
