Viktor Gyokeres is set to showcase his skills to Arsenal in the Champions League on Tuesday night, as he aims to impress one of his main interested parties.
Currently in hot form, Gyokeres has been a key player for Sporting CP, who are second in their league phase, trailing only Liverpool.
The forward was heavily linked with a move to the Premier League last summer, with Arsenal among several clubs interested, but his £86 million price tag deterred potential suitors.
Gyokeres had an impressive first season with Sporting, scoring 43 goals and providing 15 assists in 50 appearances.
This season, he has continued to shine, netting 24 goals and four assists in just 19 matches, including five goals in four Champions League games, highlighted by a hat-trick against Manchester City.
