The 22-year-old Germany international has shown impressive consistency for the Bundesliga club, recently netting a hat-trick against Celtic in the Champions League.
Both Chelsea and Liverpool have their eyes on Karim Adeyemi. Liverpool, under Arne Slot, are on fire this season, leading the EPL despite tough competition from Arsenal and Manchester City.
