Davido, a renowned music sensation and native of Ede, has gifted the Timi of Ede a luxury SUV to celebrate his 70th birthday. The GAC GS8 SUV was presented to Oba Munirudeen Adesola Lawal, demonstrating Davido’s respect and admiration for the traditional leader.
The SUV was delivered through Alhaji Kazeem Akinleye, Chief of Staff to Governor Ademola Adeleke, shortly after an interfaith prayer session. This thoughtful act is part of the five-day celebration honoring the Timi of Edeland, which includes a special ceremony where prominent sons and daughters of Ede will receive chieftaincy titles in recognition of their contributions to the town’s development.
