    Marcel Ngogbehei, Director General of the Directorate of Mobilization and Integration for the Labour Party (LP), has urged party members and supporters of the Obidient movement to prioritize unity in the new year. In a New Year message, Ngogbehei cautioned against actions that could create divisions within the party, emphasizing that disunity would undermine their ability to challenge the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2027 general elections.

    Ngogbehei described 2025 as the “Year of Unveiling,” a pivotal period for the Labour Party to transform its vision into actionable plans and inspire Nigerians to rally behind the movement. He called on members to maintain steadfastness in their collective mission to build a united, equitable, and prosperous nation.

    The LP chieftain acknowledged the challenges ahead but emphasized the importance of setting aside personal differences and focusing on the broader goal of rescuing Nigeria from inefficiency. He reiterated the importance of deepening collaboration and integration within the party and across the movement, urging all stakeholders to remain committed as they build momentum for the milestones ahead.
