The suspects, Sukari Mathew, 16, Corlins Cambull, 16, Barnabas Simon, 17, and Ferdinand Mathew, 17, are students of Government Secondary school Sugu in Ganye local Government area. They allegedly conspired and raped the victim after intoxicating her with beer. The suspects confessed to the crime, and the state Commissioner of Police, CP Dankombo Morris, ordered them to be taken into protective custody pending investigation and legal advice.
