The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) has joined forces with the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN), the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA), and Dangote Refinery to tackle petrol smuggling out of the country .
