    Pastor Tobi Adegboyega has finally spoken out about his impending deportation to Nigeria, and he’s asking Nigerians to be proud of him. The UK-based pastor is facing deportation due to allegations of a £1.87 million fraud, which led to the shutdown of his church, Salvation Proclaimers Anointed Church .

    In a statement, Pastor Adegboyega said, “I’ve heard a lot today, and I’m doing this because our friends, our fans, people who are worried. I’m right here at home, no cause for alarm.” He also claimed that the allegations against him are “the smallest of matters” and that he’s survived worse challenges .

    It’s worth noting that Pastor Adegboyega’s church was shut down in 2022 due to allegations of financial mismanagement and lack of transparency. He’s also been accused of overstaying his visitor visa in the UK .
