- The forward, on loan from Napoli, struck his first goal in the 31st minute with an assist from Dries Mertens.
- Eight minutes later, the two combined again for Galatasaray’s third goal, marking Osimhen’s second of the match, to close the half in a strong position.
- He now has three goal contributions in the UEL this season, having previously recorded a brace.
